To synchonize the lists use
RSYNC.
Rsync is a fast file copying tool. It can copy locally, to/from another host over any remote shell, or to/from a remote rsync daemon. Rsync finds files that need to be transferred using a algorithm that looks for files that have changed in size or in last-modified time.

The files in our rsync servers are updated every 1 hour.
To download all the lists use:
rsync -avz "rsync.nszones.com::dnsbl/" "/yourdatafile/"
To download SBL spam list use:
rsync -avz "rsync.nszones.com::dnsbl/sbl" "/yourdatafile/sbl"
To download DYN dynamic list use:
rsync -avz "rsync.nszones.com::dnsbl/dyn" "/yourdatafile/dyn"
To download UBL surbl list use:
rsync -avz "rsync.nszones.com::dnsbl/ubl" "/yourdatafile/ubl"
To download WL white list use:

Synchonize is
FREE if you host a public mirror.
If you want to have your own private dnsbl there is a small cost.
Synchonize cost is 12 Euro per month, or 100 Euro per year.
You can start or stop your synchonize service any time.
Please make your payment and register your server IP, to give you access.
To run your DNSBL you need the RBLDNSD deamon.
Rbldnsd is a small DNS-protocol daemon which is designed to handle queries to DNS-based IP-listing or NAME-listing services.
